Delete your EaseBill account

You can delete your EaseBill account yourself, in the app or on the website. It takes less than a minute.

Delete it in the app

1. Sign in to EaseBill (website or Android app).
2. Open the menu with your initials at the top right and choose My account & password.
3. Scroll to Delete my account, enter your password, type DELETE and press Delete my account.

Can't sign in?

Email noreply@geteasebill.xyz from the email address of your account and ask us to delete it. We reply within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Deleted straight away: your name, email, password and sign-ins; your access to every company.
• Companies only you use are closed at once. Their invoices and accounting records are kept only for the period tax law requires (for GST, generally 72 months), then deleted. Download a backup first if you need a copy.
• Companies shared with other users stay with them. If you are the only Owner, make another user the Owner first (Company → Users & Roles).
