EaseBill

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 17 October 2026

These terms apply when you use EaseBill, its website and Android app (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you use EaseBill for a business, you confirm you may accept these terms for that business.

1. Your account

2. Your data and your responsibility

3. Plans and payment

Some features need a paid plan after the free trial. Prices and what each plan includes are shown in the app under Settings → Subscription. If a plan ends, your books stay readable but new entries are blocked until you renew.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use EaseBill for anything illegal, to issue fake invoices, to send spam, or to try to break into or overload the Service or other people's data. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Availability

We work to keep EaseBill available and your data safe, but the Service is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

6. Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profit, penalties or interest) arising from use of the Service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Ending the agreement

You can stop using EaseBill and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms; we will change the date above and tell you in the app about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
